MBC Kids exists to help kids discover God and live their faith, while supporting parents in their roles as the primary nurtures’ of their kids’ faith. On Sunday mornings we have a range of age-based programs for children:
Parents’ Room (for mum's and their babies and toddlers up to 2-years)
We provide a space at the side of the worship centre where mums can feed babies or settle children while still being able to see and hear what is happening in the service.
Cubbyhouse (2-& 3-year-olds)*
Toddlers are given a chance to interact with other children and begin to discover where they fit into the ‘Big God Story’, through interactive Bible stories, engaging worship and hands-on activities designed just for them. Time is also given in the program for free play.
Treehouse (4-year-old Kinders & Preps)*
Kinder and Prep kids learn about God and explore how they can respond to him through play, singing, interactive Bible stories and creative activities.
Clubhouse (Grades 1-6)*
This is a fun, interactive and inspiring program for primary school aged children. Kids have opportunity to connect with their small group leader and other kids in their small group time and experience corporate worship and teaching in a large group setting.
*Children begin church with their parents and leave for their programs after about 15 minutes.
We use the ‘Tru’ curriculum in our programs.
During the school holidays, activity packs are available for primary school aged children to use in church.
